dreamy .. seldom seen but always wished on .. downright beauty of a moment even if it it's a big storm that isn't threatening the wits out of you. That kind of dreamy. My wife and I were once about 20 feet away from a double rainbow .. that was dreamy. Sunshine to the left, black sky and rain to the right. Thake care Ron.
hi Rob, This is lovely. So refreshing. Do you ever paint on larger canvases? I think your work has such a tranquil and peaceful nature, that it would be very pleasing on a large canvas.
hi sally, good to hear from you! landscape painting is still very much a learning process,i throw half of my efforts away,i've done a few larger ones, but they are less expresive, but you are right,i should try again!
terrible isn't it,we had a months rain in a day, lots of people had their houses destroyed by the floods, some people drowned...how is holland keeping up rene?
hi a... i use a limited palette ( i call it concentrated palette) of, ultra marine blue, alizerin crimson, lemon yellow and ofcourse white ,three primaries plus white is all you need... but depending on the subject i sometimes add, pthalo blue and cadmium yellow,a split primary palette of warm and cool colors
