quite happy with the cows,managed to put them down with a few simple strokes and left them alone,the back ground looks very purple on screen,have to tone that down with a bit of green... oil on panel 9x12"
Looking at the cows for a while I suddenly knew what I was missing, they haven't got any ground! I mean they od to have some shade on the grass, made some tweaks in photo-shop, if you want I could mail them to you. I love the bold strokes and knife work in the front, you seems to got the hang of that.

they are standing in long grass,you can't see their whole legs...but maybe...interesting,yes show me.
i used bold strokes but no knive,hehe
