Can't recall if I've been to Rhayader, years ago probably, but I was passing through Llandrindod Wells this summer (stopped there for lunch). Your painting looks very wintery Welsh, particularly with the misty hills and wet road. Lovely detail and scaling of houses too. Well done.

But.....i really think you need a hair cut (ik weet niet hoe ik het anders neer moet zetten, ik bedoel dat je nodig je haar moet laten knippen :-) ) hihi.

It's dark here in the Pacific Northwest too. Gorgeous painting! One can almost feel the cold damp day.
