Yellow

oil on panel 8x10"

everything is yellow here in Wales
the glory of spring,
fresh new beginnings
and lots of painting!

I think, yellows would be incomplete without the blues and greens. This is perfect.
Happy spring!

Love it - the blues really stand out in the shadows, and i think the background works really well too. I like the bright new green leaves you've added to the centre tree. I'll have a go at mine again now!! thanks Rob

Gidday Mate!... And how those purples you've added punch up those yellows!Nice sketch!

A nice treat for us over here... still in the throes of discarding the fields of snow. But the browns are appearing... and the smell of the good earth is in the air... sap's runnin'... and the geese have returned!

Spring is indeed... on the radar here as well!

Good Painting! Happy Spring!
Warmest regards,
Bruce
