Wow this one is great! All those cool shadows, but with the sunshine to warm it up a bit.

Your humor made me smile. There is snow just north of us in Portland, Oregon. The weather has been severe here with a class 2 tornato in Almsville.
Hope weather is nice in the UK in August when we will visit Edinburgh, Newcastle, and London. I am really excited.

Rob, I haven't commented on your blog posts for a while, but really like this one...and especially like the hint of warmth at the horizon line in the sky which you also use throughout the painting.
We have lots of snow down here in Somerset too.....not usual for us because we are right on the coast.
......also Happy Creative New Year to you....
Maggie

the composition just takes me on to this street and i can feel the cold air against my face.... despite having our share of snow this is still wonderful to see.

Hi Rob.
Your last three paintings are superb. But this one is my favourite. All brilliant Rob. All the best.

Yes - the easiest way to paint vehicles ever! I love this piece, Rob. Very typically British even if the weather isn't!
