A little bit more time I'll guess,
more time to paint and less changes so much during painting.

Lovely Rob, ... good to see you on track a bit.

I remember it well - I once spent a whole day there at a conference!

Llandod is in such gorgeous countryside

The killer shadow across the front of the hotel really lifts this piece into the art art stratosphere.

And who stops the time for painting this great light? O:-) You've kept it brilliantly!

Lovely Rob! We had a coffee there last week after a rather strange visit to the Llandod Horticultural society! Thanks for coming over yesterday, Rosie

I LOVE this painting, Rob. I know it's the colors, a marvelous painting.

I've taken a long time this afternoon looking at your paintings (on this site). What I learned is - I could study your brushstrokes for the rest of my life and still not learn to be a painter. Your ability of understatement is poetic. I am so impressed. And I am going to keep studying!

Thanks for a wonderful afternoon!

A wonderful painting, Rob. I often see the Metropole lit up against a dark sky and it really stands out like this - even though I hate that green paintwork!
