oil on panel 6x8"

it's amazing standing in these bright yellow fields,
if not a little smelly,so this had to be done quick!

This is so sunny and vibrant. Oil seed rape fields make me sneeze so I can understand why you had to be quick. x

Your ability to render the landscape with a few deft strokes is admirable. Another beauty.

Hi Rob!... A beautiful quiet piece that "hums" with colour excitement!

Easy to see why "You" were attracted to the subject... and you really capitalized on the use of complentaries here! Well done!

Thanks for you visit and gracious comments left on my site... much appreciated!

Good painting and warmest regards,
Bruce

Hi Rob.
I like this one very much. I painted a Rape field last year and it didn`t work out for me. I think it was because I was being too fussy depicting it. You have done a brilliant job Here Rob. All the best.
Vic.

That bright yellow is so difficult to get with paint, but you've done a brilliant (!) job by using complimentary colours.
