We have more snow and I feel I should paint it. This morning was stunning with a pink glow in the sky at dawn. No photograph would have done it justice. I think you would have though.
Hey Rob!.... Same here! Snow and more snow... but at least the temperature has risen from the -26 to -31C few days of last week. The wind has been very high as well... dropping the windchill dangerously to -40s C. One does NOT venture out into that situation in this part of the country!... so time for some studio "play"!
I love the play of shadows and light in this one on the firs.... beautiful Winter... to some!
Hi Rob, your work is outstanding. I love your snow scenes, your colors in the the snow are brilliant, the shadows and the dappled light. Your are an inspiration. We are getting snow Saturday. I will attempt a small study. Thank you for sharing.

Gorgeous this one Rob, also the one below. Love that light!
This is a really beautiful piece! How often do you get much snow?
Stunning Rob! You make plein air look so damned good, especially in the snow!

Beautiful Rob, I know you'r a bit worn through through all the snow now, but it's not showing in these paintings they are just as stunning as usual.
Paint on you Welshmen.
