Hungry Blackbirds

oil on panel 6x8"

you don't often see blackbirds together
but with all this snow it is hard for them finding food
they are constantly asking us to put food out,
i happily oblige, keeps them in the same spot...to paint
hope you feed your birds...

Wonderful painting. I love the contrast in the snow. Well done. Also very kind of you to take care of the birds. I'm going out now to feed the poor fellows.

I love this painting--! I am glad you feed the birds..we feed them too. It is always a joy to see them gathered round. What a like about your painting in the perfect scale of everything and the lovely temperatures. sigh. Not to mention the lovely subject matter and composition. What a good painting!

Rob!... "I" agree with "You"!... Winter can be a warm time as well... as this and your Skaters piece well demonstrate... especially if... "You" have a warm heart to begin with... and "You" obviously do!

Good Painting!
Warm regards,
Bruce
