The lane is a nice painting, with its warm sunshine, but I think the first one is more interesting.

It's hard not to compare these two paintings when you post them both at the same time. I like the composition in the first one because it's unexpected. The second one has that lovely softer palette you've been working with. Very nice!

Ok Rob, so this is how you paint snow! Fantastic. I need to try something in watercolour as it's the only medium I brought with me.
