light work

oil on canvas 8x10"

nipped out at the end of the day,
and the light was electric
.
believe me,i would paint them more abstract...like this one
just,it's that rendering monster lurking in the trees...

I haven't seen sunshine like this in your work in some time. Ya! I'm in Arizona this week, where it's 85F, but in a classroom. We may paint plein air later in the week.

I love your colours! They're also wonderful when the light isn't electric -- February 13, 10, 6, and even those poor sheep on February 3.

thank you charlene!
for me colors are the most interesting part of painting
