A beautiful painting, Rob! The colors are so nice. And, I love the "looseness" of your work.

ah, the landscapes have returned. Tired of biking? ok. France and Beijing are exhausting and is necessary to reserve forces for next year.

Hey you're back! And with a big shot of color too. Loose and energetic. I thought maybe you were glued to the Olympics, TdF wrap up, or the latest season of Clarkson and Co.. Thanks for your comment over at my blog too.

I like painting willowherb too - the colour really works well with grey skies.

Sorry to hear you've had a bad summer. This seems to be the only place in the country that has been mostly dry. The farmers here are wanting some rain!

don't feel sorry mary,
i had so much fun with the tour de france...plenty of sun there,
thinking is the best way to travel!

Rob--nice work as always--love those soft pastelly colors. The rain gives you something when it finally stops. Same here in Maine!
